David Calzone is a Project Manager for the company and brings over 18 years of construction experience to the position. As a PM, David is accountable to the Senior Project Manager and Owner for the overall performance and success of his projects with respect to the project budget/cost controls and conformance of the design documents. He is also responsible for the flow of information and will ultimately assemble and issue all close-out documentation and “as-builts”.  David also develops, updates and communi-cates project schedules to both clients and subcontractors.

David’s construction-related certifications include OSHA 30 Hours and Developing and Maintaining a CPM Project Schedule.  He is currently studying for the LEED AP examination.  David is married, with one daughter and lives in Palmer Township, Pennsylvania.
