Dean Frankenfield is a project estimator for the Company. With nearly 30 years of experience as an estimator and project manager Dean brings a great wealth of knowledge to each job that translates into direct benefits to the Company’s clients. Dean’s background encompasses, among other things, conceptual-based estimating for large commercial, healthcare and education construction projects. Past experience includes a $70 million outpatient medical facility for St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown, PA and the addition and expansion of infrastructure, administrative, laboratory and dormitory facilities for Washington College, Chestertown, MD.  Dean is also noted for his outstanding communication skills with clients, owner representatives, construction professionals and subcontractors.

Prior to joining the firm, Dean served as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager with a local construction management firm. He earned a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill, PA.  Dean is based in the Company’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office.
