With nearly 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Steve Gardner is responsible for all aspects of the J.G. Petrucci Co.'s marketing and public relations program. Prior to assuming his present position, Steve was most recently employed in similar capacities for Jones Lang LaSalle and Trammell Crow Company, where he also headed up those firms’ research efforts in the New Jersey market. He has been involved in the marketing and leasing of many major projects, including Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, New Jersey (970,000 square feet), The Foreign Trade Zone at the International Trade Center in Mount Olive, New Jersey (1.4 million square feet), Atrium Corporate Park in Somerset, New Jersey (860,000 square feet) and numerous others.  Steve is a member of IOREBA and also attends numerous meetings of other organizations in which the company is a member or sponsor.

Steve holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He and his family live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.  Steve is based at the firm’s headquarters in Asbury, New Jersey.
