Jason Marques is a Project Manager with the Company. His role is to effectively manage, facilitate and monitor new construction projects from initial stages through client occupancy. Jason has over 10 years of experience in cost estimation, budget preparation, Construction Management, and the monitoring of team/project dynamics.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason was a project manager for a large construction management firm in Pennsylvania. His project portfolio includes institutional projects completed for; Princeton University, Rutgers University, Muhlenberg College, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Finance, from Lehigh University.

Jason is “Green Advantage Certified” and is presently pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP certification. He is based in the company’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office.
