Eric Mitman is a project manager and estimator for the Company. His role is to effectively manage, facilitate and monitor new construction projects from initial stages through client occupancy. Eric's extensive experience and knowledge of the industry assures projects remain on schedule and within budget. In 2004, Eric was honored with the Estimator of the Year Award by the American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania for his superior achievement in the field.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a project manager and estimator for a large firm in Pennsylvania. His project portfolio includes Abington Memorial Hospital, Indian Valley Country Club, and Indian Valley YMCA, as well as numerous religious and healthcare facilities. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Structural Engineering and Construction Management, from The Pennsylvania State University. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Lutheran Community at Telford.

Eric is “Green Advantage Certified” and is presently pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP certification. He is based in the company’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office.
