Peter Polt’s responsibilities include real estate development and financial analysis for the Company. As a project manager, he is involved in all phases of real estate development as it pertains to the design-build process. Peter is also responsible for all financing activities associated with property acquisition and disposition. Prior to joining JGPCO, he was employed by a Top 100 Engineering firm located in Bethlehem, PA. Peter received his B.S in Geology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY and obtained his MBA in Finance from Lehigh University. He is based in the company’s headquarters in Asbury, New Jersey.
