David Simms is a senior estimator and project manager for the Company. His role is to effectively communicate with clients and assist them through the entire construction process from design concept through to occupancy. David has 18 years experience in general construction, construction management and design-build projects. His special expertise is estimating and he brings particular capabilities in translating conceptual drawings to working budgets.

David began his career in Pittsburgh, PA, as a project manager/estimator for a prestigious residential builder. He later joined a construction management firm in the Lehigh Valley and successfully transitioned into commercial real estate by assisting in the development of various projects including hotels, college buildings, athletic facilities and industrial and office buildings.

David holds an architectural degree in specialized technology, with a major in computer graphics and architectural design. His awards and honors include:

- 1991 VICA Pennsylvania state champion, Architectural Design
- American Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania
- Estimator of the Year Awards: 2002, 2005, 2006, 2007
- Project Manager of the Year Awards: 2003, 2004

David is “Green Advantage Certified” and is presently pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP certification. He is based in the company’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office.
