Amy Velarde began her career with Iron Hill Construction Management in 2004. Her duties include providing varied support for the Project Managers and Superintendents, as well as purchasing, database management and more. She is willing to help out wherever is needed and enjoys learning and being a part of the building process from start to finish. Amy has completed courses in Blueprint Reading and has MOUS certification in both Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as the Association of Records Managers and Administrators standards.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. She is married and lives in Allentown, Pennsylvania with their Boston terrier. She is active in her church community and various charitable causes locally & globally including Second Harvest Food Bank, World Vision, which provides support to children and families in poverty and Kiva, which provides microfinance loans for entrepreneurs in third world countries.
