Jim Vozar is responsible for business development for JGPCO’s Lehigh Valley, PA, office. Jim tours the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern PA with clients explaining the market and the numerous, often complex, incentives available through government programs. Prior to joining the firm, Jim was a project executive for one of the largest pre-cast concrete producers in the United States. As a construction expert, he has superb knowledge of the entire design-build process from site selection through occupancy. Jim holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.

Jim is a founding member of the Lehigh Valley chapter of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, an affiliate of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is “Green Advantage Certified” and is presently pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP certification. Jim is based in JGPCO’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania office
