Ryan R. Waggner is an Assistant Property Manager for J.G. Petrucci Co, with responsibilities related to the daily operation of more than 2.5 million square feet of diversified commercial property in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Ryan is a graduate of Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  Prior to joining JGPCO, Ryan interned for two summers at the Edison, New Jersey office of Cushman & Wakefield.  His experience also encompasses stints at Rowan University in the Development Information Systems group and with retailer Old Navy, where he held the position of Front End Supervisor.  He is also an active member of the Society for Advancement of Management and has taken courses with The Appraisal Institute.

Ryan resides in Cranford, New Jersey and in his spare time enjoys, golf, skiing and travel.  He is based at the firm’s headquarters in Asbury, New Jersey.
