Location: Hellertown, PA
Size: 32,000 sq. ft.

In 2008, Service Electric began construction of new offices and studios on Main Street in historic Hellertown, in the Lehigh Valley.  Well into the project, the construction firm doing the work became unable to perform leading to suits against both the contractor and owner.  As a result, the partially completed building just sat unfinished and deteriorating.  After many months, J.G. Petrucci Co. was called in to see what could be done to salvage the project.  Through JGPCO’s timely intervention, the project was saved before the existing work became unsalvageable, causing additional delays and further cost overruns.  Ultimately, Service Electric began occupying the building during the first quarter, 2010 and today, it is not only a productive ratable for the Borough of Hellertown, but a source of better service to thousands of cable viewers in the Lower Saucon Valley.  Building features include a design that blends with neighborhood’s historic character, diesel generator back-up, as well as a UPS system, a chemical fire protection system and special lighting systems.

Location: Asbury, NJ
Size: 15,825 sq. ft.
This Class ‘A’ office building at 171 State Route 173 is ideally located along the Interstate 78 Corridor. Its immediate access to both New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania makes it a logical location for companies needing to be within easy reach ot the ports, two international airports and a market that is one of the best educated and wealthiest in the U.S.


concannon, miller & co.

Location: Allentown, PA
Size: 16,000 sq. ft.
J.G. Petrucci Co. acquired this Class ‘A’ office building at 1515 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in 2003 from Concannon, Miller & Co., a prestigious accounting firm. Concannon, Miller has continued to lease the facility on a long-term basis.


markel corporation

Location: Red Bank, NJ
Size: 40,000 sq. ft.

Retained by Markel Corporation to design/build this three-story Class ‘A’ corporate headquarters, J.G. Petrucci Co. managed all aspects of the project from conceptual design through to completion and occupancy...all on schedule and within budget! The building is 40,000 square feet and features many upgrades.  JGPCO was later engaged by Markel to construct a companion building of roughly the same size on an adjoining lot.


monmouth executive center

Location: Freehold, NJ
Size: 66,880 sq. ft.

Retained by Monmouth Executive Center IV Associates to design-build this Class ‘A’ office building, J.G. Petrucci Co. completed the project in only 8 months, including tenant fit-outs for Proformance Insurance Company and the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS fit out required total compliance with complex federal specifications – yet upon completion, the entire punch list was less than 10 items.

Location: Somerville, NJ
Size: 75,000 sq. ft.
J.G. Petrucci Co. acquired this Class ‘A’ office building at 50 Division Street and almost immediately thereafter, the building soared to nearly 100% occupancy. Tenants include prestigious firms such as Lowenstein Sandler, H&R Block, New England Financial, Embryon, and private offices for the New Jersey Supreme Court Justice.
