TEAM CAPITAL BANK

JGPCO has designed and built administrative offices for Team Capital Bank at 2151 Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, as well as several retail branches, including two in Allentown, Pennsylvania and one in Phillipsburg, New Jersey locations. The Allentown branch at 1901 Hamilton Street was named a winner in the 2008 Independent Community Banker (ICBA) Architectural Showcase, one of only five projects selected from entries submitted by banks throughout the country. In addition, a second Allentown office, at 4285 West Tilghman Street, was recently honored with an Award of Special Recognition by the Pennsylvania Council of SARA (Society of American Registered Architects).


RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Location: Bethlehem, PA

RMS, a portfolio partner of Citi Venture Capital International, is a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Recovery Services with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India and Hong Kong. In 2007, JGPCO designed and built a new 80,000 square foot headquarters and data center for RMS at Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII on the site of the former Bethlehem Steel headquarters. Project features include, among others, a UPS System and diesel generator backup power. “We are very pleased with our new headquarters and service facility in the Lehigh Valley,” said David Huebner, CEO, of RMS.

markel corporation

Location: Red Bank, NJ
Size: 40,000 sq. ft.

Retained by Markel Corporation to design/build this three-story Class ‘A’ corporate headquarters, J.G. Petrucci Co. managed all aspects of the project from conceptual design through to completion and occupancy...all on schedule and within budget! The building is 40,000 square feet and features many upgrades.  JGPCO was later engaged by Markel to construct a companion building of roughly the same size on an adjoining lot.


concannon, miller & co.

Location: Allentown, PA
Size: 16,000 sq. ft.
J.G. Petrucci Co. acquired this Class ‘A’ office building at 1515 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in 2003 from Concannon, Miller & Co., a prestigious accounting firm. Concannon, Miller has continued to lease the facility on a long-term basis.


Fidessa Group PLC

Size: 12,630 Sq. Ft.
Location: Somerset (Franklin Township), NJ

Fidessa Group is a world-leading supplier of multi-asset trading, portfolio analysis, decision support, investment compliance, market data and global connectivity solutions for the financial services industry.  The company is headquartered in London, U.K. and traded on the London Stock Exchange.  JGPCO was commissioned to design and build RoyalBlue a data center that includes a UPS System, diesel generator back-up power and a redundant HVAC System, among other features. The project was completed in just three months.
