JGPCO acquired a former manufacturing plant occupied by National Tool and converted the building into a productive educational facility that currently has over 75 children with disabilities enrolled, ages 3 to 9, and is in its second year of operation.

SANDHILL SCHOOL
Location: Raritan Township, New Jersey

JGPCO converted this former bank building into an educational facility for children with special needs and then sold the entire 14-acre project to the Hunterdon County Education Services Commission. J.G. Petrucci completed the conversion in approximately 6 weeks!

HEALTH QUEST

THE GREATER BRUNSWICK CHARTER SCHOOL
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey

JGPCO acquired an obsolete industrial building located at 429 Joyce Kilmer Road, New Bruswick, NJ, and in just 5 months, converted the building into a state-of-the-art school for the Greater Brunswick Charter School. The 5-acre site was renovated to accommodate bus service and a playground area. The building interior was re-designed for 10-class and specialty rooms.

CEREBRAL PALSY OF NORTH JERSEY
Location: Livingston, New Jersey

JGPCO acquired 71-77 Okner Parkway in Livingston, NJ, and redeveloped the facility into a new school for Cerebral Palsy. The design more than doubled the building's square footage to approximately 35,000 square feet. The project included a state of the art therapy pool and numerous specialty rooms.
