gargiulo produce

Location: Hillside, NJ
Size: 148,850 sq. ft.
JGPCO demolished 12 obsolete industrial buildings on the 12-acre former Cooper Alloy site, remediated the existing environmental conditions, and constructed this state-of-the art produce distribution facility for Gargiulo Produce. Gargiulo is a third-generation company and one of the largest distributors of fresh fruits and vegetables in the United States.

r.c. fine foods
Location: Hillsborough, NJ
Size: 48,700 sq. ft.
After conducting an extensive site search, R.C. Fine Foods selected J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. to construct their new, USDA-inspected specialty food plant in Somerset County, New Jersey.  JGPCO brought the project in on budget and on time. In recognition of the facility’s superior design and construction, the State of New Jersey selected the R.C. Fine Foods building as an “Outstanding Food Manufacturing Facility.”

cryovac / sealed air
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Size: 72,919 sq. ft.

This award winning build-to-suit project – delivered by JGPCO only 153 days after ground breaking – serves as a regional sales office for Cryovac, as well as a warehouse for plastic wrap and a demonstration/training center for equipment utilized in fresh food packaging.

flavor right foods, inc.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Size: 48,129 sq. ft.

This state-of-the-art frozen yogurt and dairy creamer plant features significant freezer and refrigerated space. Flavor Right relied on J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. to assist them in their total relocation from Long Island to the Lehigh Valley.

Location: Raritan Township, NJ
Size: 69,502 sq. ft.

Accepting the challenge of designing to specialty manufacturing requirements, J.G. Petrucci Co. demonstrated its proficiency with FDA facilities and completed this milling plant within budget and on time. JGPCO was recently called back to design-build an additional 19,250 square feet to the building...the ultimate vote of confidence!
