Since our company's inception, the design/build, retrofit and expansion of warehouse/distribution centers have been areas of special focus for J.G. Petrucci Co. WEYERHAEUSER CO.

Location: Forks Township (Easton), PA
Size: 100,000 square feet

When Weyerhaeuser, one of the world's largest forest products companies, decided to consolidate two regional distribution centers, JGPCO had the solution. In December 2008 JGPCO completed a new 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility for Weyerhaeuser on a 31-acre rail-served site at Forks Business Center, just north of Easton, PA.  The project also entailed significant road and infrastructure improvements.

Location: Hamilton Township, NJ
Size: 91,474 square feet

This van city station at 21 Thomas J. Rhodes Industrial Drive is utilized as a distribution center serving the greater Princeton area and is one of three (3) facilities JGPCO has completed on a turnkey basis for FedEx. The FedEx relationship reflects JGPCO’s ability to satisfy the real estate needs of large corporate clients from start to finish, on schedule and within budget.


36 saratoga Boulevard

Location: Devens, MA
Size: 162,000 square feet

This Class A, 162,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility located within Devens Industrial Park, one of Central Massachusetts’ premier business environments has been leased by New England Sheets. Designed and built by JGPCO in 1999, 36 Saratoga Boulevard is not only rail-served, but offers occupiers 100,000 square feet of future expansion space.  The building also features 20,000 square feet of office space, 42’ x 50’ bay spacing, 12 loading doors with levelers, 2 drive in doors, 32 cross dock loading doors with levelers, a full wet sprinkler system (ESFR) and 33’ clear ceiling height in the warehouse portion of the space.

In the Summer of 2010 JGPCO extended rail service to the property for its new tenant New England Sheets, a corrugated box manufacturer and distributor.


crp industries, inc.

Location: Cranbury, NJ
Size: 108,000 square feet
CRP, whose product line spans automotive replacement parts, high-speed electric motors and industrial hoses, had been in the same location, in Carteret, NJ, for over 45 years.  Their facility had been expanded 3 times in that period and no longer met their needs. To enable CRP’s future growth, JGPCO designed and built a state-of-the-art facility that allows the company to better serve its customer base by improving operational efficiencies, expanding its offerings and establishing and developing more distribution options.  The new building enjoys such features as 15,000 sq. ft. of headquarters office space, 36’ clear ceiling heights, 55-ft. column spacing and an ESFR sprinkler system.  As Dan Schildge, president of CRP put it, “The J.G. Petrucci team was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased that the new facility was delivered both ahead of schedule and within the projected budget.

modern publishing

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Size: 100,000 square feet

J.G. Petrucci completed this distribution facility for Modern Publishing, Inc. well ahead of schedule. The building has a conventional steel frame with a combination of masonry and insulated metal siding. The design of the building, while functional, makes a strong statement about the quality
of the occupant.


midas international

Location: Mount Pocono, PA
Size: 103,905 square feet

Even one of the worst winters on record couldn’t keep J.G. Petrucci Co. from completing a new building for Midas on time, while upholding our reputation for total quality control. “JGPCO overcame a lot of adversity to complete our building and in the process, set the standard for the entire park.” stated Jim Pecora, Director of Distribution for Midas.


dancker sellew & douglas

Location: Branchburg, NJ
Size: 111,312 square feet
In this project, JGPCO expanded the former Office Interiors facility in Branchburg, NJ for Dancker Sellew & Douglas .  The original 50,000 square foot building, completed by JGPCO in 1997, was expanded by 61,312 square feet and features 24' clear height and a two story office. The expansion was completed in less than six months.

Location: Mountaintop, PA
Size: 143,000 square feet

When New Dana Perfumes, a leading manufacturer of mass-market perfumes and cosmetics, needed to expand, we were able to provide a unique solution to their problem. JGPCO first acquired New Dana’s existing building and leased it back to them; then, JGPCO leased New Dana a second building JGPCO owned in Mountaintop, satisfying the company's growing warehouse needs. The entire transaction was completed in only eighteen days!

Location: Bethlehem, PA & So. Brunswick, NJ
Size: 24,000 sq. ft. & 22,242 sq. ft.

JGPCO's first job for Garden State Tile was the design and construction of a 24,000 square foot addition to the company's existing Lehigh Valley Design Center at 2501 Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, located within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI. The following year, we were asked back by the client to perform work at their 22,242 square foot Re-Distribution Center at 2250 Route 130 in South Brunswick, New Jersey. JGPCO's scope of work included a new store front, renovation of the existing showroom and office area, installation of a new roof, rebuilding and enclosing the loading dock area and more.
