151-unit Luxury Apartment Community to open Spring 2017

J.G. Petrucci recently completed the demo of the former sewer and water lines and has cut in the driveway and parking areas at Jacksonville Station. Ron Clark, superintendent at Jacksonville Station, and his team are getting the building pads ready for footings, foundations, underground plumbing and slabs.

Expected to open in Spring of 2017, Jacksonville Station will feature 151 luxury apartment units complete with state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse and resident lounge. The new development will compliment the ongoing success of Petrucci’s existing community, The Station at Bucks County.
