JGPCO acquired 1137 Globe Ave. in Mountainside, NJ from National Tool and Manufacturing Co. The building was a 33,000 s/f industrial manufacturing facility converted into a state of the art school for the ARC of Union County. The school serves approximately 55 children between the ages of 3 and 9 and has the capacity to serve up to 90 children. This property is another example of a build-to-suit project in which our company re-developed an under utilized brownfield site for the better of the community.
