ASBURY, NJ, February 14, 2008 – J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., a leading developer/builder with offices in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, announced that Peter Polt has joined the firm’s growing team of professionals. Peter will be based at the company’s headquarters in Asbury, New Jersey. He will be responsible for real estate development and financial analysis for the company.
James G. Petrucci, president, noted, “We are delighted that Peter has joined our team. His skills in project management, coupled with his extensive capabilities in financial analysis will be a major asset to J.G. Petrucci Co. as we continue to expand our platform.”
As a project manager, Peter is involved in all phases of real estate development as it pertains to the design/build process. He is also responsible for all financing activities associated with property acquisition and disposition.
Prior to joining J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., Peter was employed by a Top 100 Engineering firm located in Bethlehem, PA. Peter received his B.S in Geology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY and obtained his MBA in Finance from Lehigh University. He presently resides in Whitehall Township, PA.
