ASBURY, NJ, February 14, 2008 – J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., a leading developer/builder with offices in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, announced that Steve Gardner has joined the firm’s growing roster of professionals. A 15-year real estate veteran, Steve will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing and public relations program. He will be based at the firm’s headquarters in Asbury, New Jersey.

Prior to his present position, Steve was most recently employed in a similar capacity for Jones Lang LaSalle in Parsippany, NJ, where he also headed up the firm’s research efforts in the New Jersey market. Steve holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He resides in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
