ASBURY, NJ, FEBRUARY 26, 2008 – J.G. Forks Township is situated within the Lehigh Valley commercial real estate market, just north of the City of Easton, Pennsylvania.

Although 600 Kuebler Road is a fully leased facility, J.G. Petrucci Company is marketing a number of land sites for build-to-suit opportunities within Forks Township. These include an 8.8-acre site on Kuebler Road at Mort Drive, within Fort James Industrial Park II and 16 individual sites within the 124-acre Forks Business Center at Kesslersville and Glover Roads. Weyerhaeuser Co. and Henningsen Cold Storage recently announced major commitments at Forks Business Center.
