J.G. PETRUCCI COMPANY TO BUILD NEW 60,000 SQ. FT. DATA AND TECHNICAL OPERATIONS FACILITY FOR SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES

ASBURY, NJ, and BETHLEHEM, PA, June 5, 2008 – J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc.
(“JGPCO”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and
design/build organizations, will design and construct a new 60,000 sq. ft. data and technical
operations facility for Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (“Synchronoss”), which signed a long
term lease. The new facility, which will bear the address 1565 Spillman Drive, is located within
Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII (“LVIP VII”) at Bethlehem Commerce Center in Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania. JGPCO will break ground in late summer 2008.

Allan R. Greene, Vice President in UGL Equis’s Iselin, New Jersey office and Tadd Wisinski,
Senior Vice President in UGL Equis’s New York office represented Synchronoss in the
transaction.

Kerry A. Wrobel, President of Lehigh Valley Industrial Park, Inc. stated “Synchronoss is a
cutting edge high technology company and we are delighted to welcome them as a tenant in
LVIP VII.” He further stated, “Synchronoss’ decision to remain in Bethlehem and re-locate its
existing facility to LVIP VII was strongly influenced by the Lehigh Valley’s outstanding pool of
highly skilled labor, as well the park’s incentives, including Local Economic Revitalization Tax
Assistance (LERTA), which provides a 10-year tax abatement beginning with the Certificate of
Occupancy.”

currently operates a Research and Development Center at 1525 Valley Center Parkway in
Bethlehem which will be re-located to LVIP VII. The new facility is located within Phase One
of LVIP VII at Bethlehem Commerce Center. LVIP VII comprises 1,000 acres at the former site
of the flagship plant of Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Phase One consists of 248 acres and is
known as the Saucon Tract. It is development ready with infrastructure improvements that
include roads, electric, gas, water and fiber-optic cable.
