ASBURY, NJ, June 11, 2008 – J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (JGPCO), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design-build organizations, will design and construct a new 101,331 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and warehouse/distribution facility for CRP Industries Inc. (“CRP”) at 35 Commerce Drive in Cranbury, New Jersey. JGPCO will break ground for the new facility in June 2008.
“Due to the growth of our business, our existing facility, which we have expanded three times over the years, no longer meets our needs,” stated Dan Schildge, chief operating officer of CRP Industries. “In J.G. Petrucci Company we believe we have found the ideal partner to design and build a state of the art building that will enable us to better serve our customer base by improving operational efficiencies, expanding our offerings and establishing and developing more distribution options.”
Greg Rogerson, a Principal of JGPCO, noted, “This will be a turnkey development that provides CRP with critical features such as approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of headquarters offices, 36’ clear ceiling heights, 55-ft. column spacing and an ESFR sprinkler system.” He added, “The facility is located less than one mile from Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, affording CRP superior access to the ports and most major markets.”
