J.G. PETRUCCI CO., INC. EXTENDS LEASE WITH THE EXPRESS-TIMES AT MOUNTAINVIEW 78 IN ASBURY, NEW JERSEY

ASBURY, NJ, JULY 23, 2008 – J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (“JGPCO”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, has reached an agreement with The Express-Times to extend the newspaper’s full-floor lease at 171 State Route 173 in Asbury, New Jersey. The facility is home to the Classified Advertising Telecenter that places advertising in The Express-Times and the NJN Publishing company network of community newspapers in Warren, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex and Union Counties in Northern New Jersey. The telecenter also places Classified Advertising on NJ.com and lehighvalleylive.com. The Express-Times, part of the Advance Publications network, will continue to occupy the entire top (third) floor of the 16,579-square foot office property. Known as Mountainview 78, the building remains at 100% occupancy.

Mountainview 78 is conveniently situated directly adjacent to a full four-way interchange of I-78 at its intersection with State Route 173.  As such, the location offers easy access to Interstate 287, U.S. Highway 22, Route 31 and all points within the Lehigh Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania.  At the same time, the building provides tenants parking at an above-standard ratio of five spaces per 1,000 square feet, on-site management and a FedEx drop box .  There is also a wide range of amenities within a five minute drive of the property, including banking, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores and shopping that ranges from unique and charming boutiques in downtown Clinton to Wal-Mart.
