BETHLEHEM, PA, SEPTEMBER 22, 2008 – Iron Hill Construction Management Co. (“IHCM”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s leading construction management organizations, announced that Dean Frankenfield has joined the firm’s growing team of professionals as a Project Estimator. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Dean joins IHCM from another Lehigh Valley-based construction management organization, where he was a Senior Estimator and Project Manager. He received his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania. Dean resides in East Rockhill Township, PA, where he presently serves as Chairman of the East Rockhill Township Planning Commission.
