EASTON, PA, October 14, 2008 — J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (“JGPCO”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, hosted its 5th Annual Iron Hill Charity Golf Open on October 13th at The Club at Morgan Hill. The event raised a combined $40,000 to benefit the Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council (“LVMAC”) and the New Jersey National Guard Family Programs (“NJNGFP”).

The event was kicked off by the Dieruff High School (Allentown, PA) Air Force ROTC presenting arms. After dinner, ten awards were presented to the 2008 LVMAC scholarship winners and the tournament’s champions. The award recipients were Katherine Bardales, Stephen Berndt, Corrine Brockel, Lindsay Cox, Meredith Dieda, Jessica Faro, Stephen Grap, Jasmine Lea Hopkins, Justin Jacobs and Ashley Kuhns.
LVMAC and NJNGFP work to improve the lives of local military, veterans and their families, to foster and coordinate support from local businesses, organizations and communities and to promote awareness of the military’s role in defending America. In addition, both organizations provide monetary assistance through scholarships and grants to needy military families.
