ASBURY, NJ AND BETHLEHEM, PA, NOVEMBER 4, 2008---- J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (“JGPCO”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, has reached an agreement with Louisville, Kentucky-based Derby Industries, LLC to extend the company’s lease at 7108 Daniels Drive in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Derby Industries, a leader in global supply chain consulting and logistics outsourcing, occupies the entire 101,250 square foot warehouse/distribution facility which serves Nestlé Purina PetCare Company.

The facility is in close proximity to Interstate 78, and U.S. Highway 22, as well as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension, Route 100, Route 309 and Lehigh Valley International Airport. In addition, the location is less than an hour from both New York and Philadelphia and provides ready access to two major sea ports for both import and export activities.
