ASBURY, NJ, JANUARY 13, 2009---- J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (“JGPCO”), one of the region’s most respected development and design-build organizations, has announced that Rosalin Petrucci, president of the firm’s Petrucci Realty Company division and head of JGPCO’s educational initiative, has been elected president of the Economic Development Association of New Jersey (“EDANJ”); she will serve a one-year term. EDANJ was formed in 1953 to promote a sound economy in the State of New Jersey, and to provide an exchange of professional and technical information with respect to economic development.
Ms. Petrucci’s professional experience includes roles as manager and marketing director for various real estate and development offices, zoning board chairperson and instructor on fair housing and diversity training policies. She has been the recipient of various awards in her field including recognition in 2003 by the Women's Fund of New Jersey as one of twenty-three women of real estate.
As head of JGPCO’s educational initiative, Ms. Petrucci has guided several build-to-suit projects for educational facilities from site selection through final completion. Her portfolio includes the award winning Arc of Union County Kohler School in Mountainside, New Jersey. In addition, she is currently a member of the national CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network, ICREW New Jersey and CoreNet Global, as well as being a founding member of CREW Lehigh Valley (PA).
