ASBURY, NJ AND BETHLEHEM, PA, January 28, 2009---- J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (“JGPCO”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, has completed the construction of an Urgent Care, Occupational Health and Rehabilitation Services suite for Easton Hospital at 2151 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Known as Priority Care at Emrick, the facility is located within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI and will offer immediate care for patients with non-emergency problems. Primary Care at Emrick will focus on providing treatment for afflictions such as headaches, cuts, sore throats and sprained ankles. It will also provide rehabilitation services through Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, as well as occupational medicine for participating companies.
“We are delighted to have completed this project for Easton Hospital, enabling them to provide additional needed services to the community,” stated Tom Shaughnessy of JGPCO. “This is not only our fourth medical office building project in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI, but it further establishes our reputation as a builder of first class healthcare facilities, no matter the unique features of the individual requirements.”
JGPCO had previously designed and built 2151 Emrick Boulevard in 2005. Other tenants in the 25,600 sq. ft. Class A facility include Team Capital Bank, which has its offices and a retail branch in the building and the medical offices of Rajen P. Oza, MD FACS, providing hematology and oncology services. Within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI, JGPCO also designed and built the Adult and Child Ear, Nose and Throat Center at 2851 Baglyos Circle. JGPCO then provided a turnkey fit out of their office space for Doctors David A. Prager and Glenn M. Kaye.
