BETHLEHEM, PA, MARCH 17, 2009---- Iron Hill Construction Management Co., Inc. (“IHCM”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s leading construction management organizations, has announced the completion of Cedarville Center in Williams Township (Easton), Pennsylvania. Cedarville Center consists of 17,500 square feet of prime retail space with leasing opportunities for up to 10 tenants.
Located at the intersection of Morgan Hill and Cedarville Roads, adjacent to the full four-way interchange at Exit 75 of Interstate 78, Cedarville Center is at the eastern gateway to the Lehigh Valley, one of the most vibrant markets on the east coast. Melanie Stocker of Legend Properties, Inc.’s Lehigh Valley office will handle the leasing assignment for the owner, Cedarville Associates. Peter Stampfl, AIA, of Stampfl Hartke Associates LLC was the project architect and Van Cleef Engineering Associates performed the site engineering services.
