ASBURY, NJ, JULY 17, 2009 – J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations has completed construction for a new 108,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and warehouse/distribution facility for CRP Industries Inc. (CRP) at 35 Commerce Drive in Cranbury, New Jersey.
“Due to the growth of our business, our former facility, which had been expanded three times over a period of 45 years, no longer met our needs,” stated Dan Schildge, chief operating officer of CRP Industries. “J.G. Petrucci Co. has designed and built a state-of-the-art building that will enable us to better serve our customer base by improving operational efficiencies, expanding our offerings and establishing and developing more distribution options.” He added, “The J.G. Petrucci team was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased that the new facility was delivered both ahead of schedule and within the projected budget.”
Greg Rogerson, a Principal of JGPCO, noted, “We were very happy to have delivered CRP a turnkey building that provides them with the features they required such as approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of headquarters offices, 36’ clear ceiling heights, 55-ft. column spacing and an ESFR sprinkler system.”
CRP was represented by Robert Bull, Executive Managing Director in Studley Inc.’s Central New Jersey office and George Molloy, SIOR, formerly Senior Managing Director with Studley.
