(Cooper), a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, has agreed to a long term lease for 25,064 square feet at 2198 Industrial Drive in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. John Crampsie, SIOR, NAI Business Manager, of NAI Summit represented JGPCO, while Valerie Bowman, First Vice President with the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis and Sean Bleiler, Senior Associate in the Allentown office of CB Richard Ellis, represented Cooper.

With its extensive frontage on Route 22 and proximity to Route 378, as well as Interstate 78, Route 33 and Lehigh Valley International Airport, 2198 Industrial Drive occupies one of the finest locations in the Lehigh Valley. In addition, the building is 100% wet sprinklered and has 13 dock doors and two drive-ins. Approximately 76,000 square feet of space remains available for lease at the building.
