ASBURY, NJ, MAY 23, 2011 J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (“JGPCO”), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, announced today that it has opened an office in Northeast Pennsylvania to handle the company’s design/build and development projects in the region, including the construction of a 16,000 sq. ft. medical office building for Greystone Development in Mountain Top, PA and JGPCO’s involvement as the master developer for the Wayne County Economic Development Corporation (“WEDCO”) at its Sterling Business Park, a 252- acre mixed use business park along the Pennsylvania I-84 Corridor in Wayne County, PA.
The Northeast PA office will be managed by Jim Vozar who will be responsible for business development in the region. Jim Vozar stated “Northeast Pennsylvania is one of the fastest growing regions in the state.” He further added “The opening of JGPCO’s Northeast office will help us to better serve our ongoing projects and clients as well as to pursue additional design/build and development opportunities in the region.”
