BETHLEHEM, PA, July 18, 2011 ---- J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (JGPCO), one of the region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, announced that Insulation Distributors, Inc. (IDI) has agreed to a long term lease for 34,155 square feet at 2198 Industrial Drive in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Paul Weiss, of Hawley Realty Inc., represented IDI, while Bill Wolf and Sean Bleiler, in the Allentown office of CB Richard Ellis, represented JGPCO.

JGPCO acquired 2198 Industrial Drive in summer 2009 and immediately began a successful program to upgrade and reposition the 101,508 square foot asset. With its extensive frontage on Route 22 and proximity to Route 378, Interstate 78, Route 33 and Lehigh Valley International Airport, 2198 Industrial Drive occupies one of the finest locations in the Lehigh Valley. In addition, the building is 100% wet sprinklered and has 13 dock doors and two drive-ins. Approximately 42,000 square feet of space remains available for lease at the building.
