Synchronoss Technologies Inc.
Size: 62,000 Sq. Ft.
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Synchronoss Technologies is the leading provider of on-demand transaction management solutions to the communication service provider market.  Their Global Research & Development Center, completed in 2009 at Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII, includes state-of-the-art managed data facilities.  Project features incorporate dual power, two generators and two UPS systems.  Further, each piece of equipment has two power feeds and the facility was designed so that all maintenance can be done with zero down time.  JGPCO assisted Synchronoss in pursuing local and state business incentives.

Fidessa Group PLC
Size: 12,630 Sq. Ft.
Location: Somerset (Franklin Township), NJ

Fidessa Group is a world-leading supplier of multi-asset trading, portfolio analysis, decision support, investment compliance, market data and global connectivity solutions for the financial services industry.  The company is headquartered in London, U.K. and traded on the London Stock Exchange.  JGPCO was commissioned to design and build RoyalBlue a data center that includes a UPS System, diesel generator back-up power and a redundant HVAC System, among other features. The project was completed in just three months.

Receivable Management Services (RMS)

Location: Bethlehem, PA

RMS, a portfolio partner of Citi Venture Capital International, is a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Recovery Services with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India and Hong Kong.  In 2007, JGPCO designed and built a new 80,000 square foot headquarters and data center for RMS at Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII on the site of the former Bethlehem Steel headquarters.  Project features include, among others, a UPS System and diesel generator backup power. Somerset Medical Center
Size: 20,000 Sq. Ft.
Location: Somerville, NJ

JGPCO recently completed a Central West Public Health Region Medical Coordination Center (MCC) for the state of New Jersey at Somerset Medical Center (SMC) in Somerville. SMC, a nationally accredited, 355-bed regional medical center, is one of only nine hospitals selected for this designation. Located in a lower level space, this state-of-the-art emergency services command center will be used as a disaster recovery and call center during public health emergencies and mass casualty incidents. Emergency Services personnel will coordinate the region’s planning, communications and information-gathering during a crisis. The $2.5 million dollar project, completed in less than 6 months, meets Hospital Class IV requirements.
