With the goal of building the Lehigh Valley’s most advanced health care facility, St. Luke's Health & Hospital Network recently began to develop 200 acres of former farmland in Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania. Located at the southwest quadrant of Route 33 and Freemansburg Avenue, the first phase of the project consists of 50 acres.
J.G. Petrucci Co.’s scope of work on the campus, known as Riverside West, includes:
- All development approvals for Phase One
- Coordination of an interim Highway Occupancy Permit (“HOP”)
- All site work to prepare the land for development
- Design/Build for a 126,000 square foot, 108-bed in-patient hospital – to be LEED certified
Phase One also consists of a 77,000 square foot medical office building and a 45,000 square foot cancer center (to be expanded by 30,000 square feet at a later date), as well as additional buildings.
Plans for Phase One of Riverside West are slated for completion by fall, 2011. |

| Located on Tilghman Street, this privately owned acute care hospital was completed in just one year – May 2006 to May 2007. The three story facility features 26 beds, three operating rooms, an imaging suite and a 24-hour emergency room. Intended for patients requiring minor medical procedures and short stays, the facility is complete with flat-screen TVs, hardwood floors and Internet access in most rooms. |

| Developed for Dr. Rajen P. Oza and located at 2151 Emrick Boulevard in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI, the facility features a complete oncology unit, including two exam rooms, two laboratory rooms, and three chemotherapy treatment rooms. |

| Adult and Child Ear, Nose and Throat Center |

This two-story, multi-tenant medical office building is located
at 2851 Baglyos Circle in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI. JGPCO’s work included a 3,886 sq. ft. fit out for Drs. David Prager and Glenn Kaye, for whom the building was developed. |

| This state-of-the-art emergency services command center is to be used as a disaster recovery and call center during public health emergencies and mass casualty incidents. It is one of only nine hospitals in New Jersey selected for this designation. This was a $2.5 million dollar project, completed in less than 6 months and meets Hospital Class IV requirements. Somerset Medical Center is a nationally accredited, 355-bed regional medical center. |

| JGPCO recently completed a phased, 7,000 square foot project at St. Luke's involving the Hospital's Postpartum Facility. Located on the third floor of St. Luke's existing Allentown hospital on Hamilton Street, the Postpartum area now has 13 new patient rooms with private baths, as well as associated support space, such as a nursing station, office, storage, reception area and more. In addition, JGPCO completed a 2,500 square foot fit-out of the Administration and Education Center, featuring a large conference room and executive offices for the hospital. |

| Easton Hospital Priority Care |

| In order to better serve patients in the Bethlehem area, Easton Hospital, a member of the Community Health System network, called upon JGPCO to build a facility for them in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI. Completed in 2009, the facility features an Urgent Care, Occupational Health and Rehabilitation Services suite delivering immediate care for patients with non-emergency problems. Easton Hospital is a 369-bed, acute care teaching hospital serving more than 300,000 residents of Northampton County and the five surrounding counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
