| Summary |
| This 2004 project involved the construction of a 42,500 sq. ft. speculative shell building with plans to build two additional buildings. Techo-Bloc was recommended to the site by the Pennsylvania Governor’s Action Team and the Two Rivers Area Chamber of Commerce. Techo-Bloc, a Canadian manufacturer of hardscaping products (such as paving stones and masonry stones), purchased the 20-cre site with JGPCO constructing another 14,500 sq. ft. to complete a 57,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. In 2007, JGPCO built a second, 35,000 sq. ft. expansion for Techo-Bloc. Approximately 70 jobs were created. The project was honored with the Governor's Award for Local Government Excellence. |

| Summary |
JGPCO will develop two 54,000 sq. ft. buildings on a former brownfield site once occupied by Carter Wallace and Federated Metals. The site is within Trenton’s Urban Enterprise Zone (“UEZ”). As part of the project, a public greenway will be constructed and a rail spur will be relocated, leaving seven acres available for development. A significant component of the Redevelopment Plan is the call for green and sustainable design elements. It is expected that when the project is completed, the two new facilities will generate between 80 and 100 permanent new jobs.
