TEAM CAPITAL BANK

Location: Various – New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Size: 2,400-5,200 Sq. Ft.

JGPCO has now completed four community banking offices for Team Capital Bank, as well as the Bank’s administrative offices in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  New Jersey locations include Phillipsburg and Flemington, which is presently under construction. In Pennsylvania, community banking offices include locations in Allentown and Bethlehem. Both Allentown offices, 1901 Hamilton Street and 4285 West Tilghman Street, have won architectural awards. The 1901 Hamilton Street office was named a winner in the 2009 Independent Community Banker (ICBA) Architectural Showcase, while the 4285 West Tilghman Street branch was recently honored with an Award of Special Recognition by the Pennsylvania Council of SARA (Society of American Registered Architects).


WAKEFERN CORP./PRICERITE SUPERMARKET

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Size: 35,485 Sq. Ft.

Presently under construction on the site of a former Durkee Foods plant that was remediated by JGPCO. The new store shares the site with a 133,000 sq. ft. Lowe’s Home Improvement Store and Woodmont Mews, a 200-unit apartment complex. 


CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE AND RESTAURANT

Location: Clinton, NJ
Size: 4,500 Sq. Ft.

“Half restaurant, half store and all country." JGPCO constructed both the Cracker Barrel old Country Store and Restaurant and the adjoining Hampton Inn adjacent to Exit 15 of Interstate 78 in Clinton, New Jersey.  The Clinton location is one of the chain’s three stores in the Northern New Jersey market.


HOPEWELL VALLEY BANK

Location: Pennington, NJ
Size: 2,795 Sq. Ft.

Hopewell Valley Bank is a full service community bank that provides a broad range of financial services to its customers.  This office, one of three in Pennington, is located on the Northbound side of Route 31 in the Hopewell Crossing Shopping Center.  The office  features a 24-Hour Drive-up facility and was completed by JGPCO in 2005.


FAMOUS SMOKE SHOP

Location: Forks Township (Easton), PA
Size: 10,000 Sq. Ft.

This 22,000 Sq. Ft. headquarters and call center at 1100 Conroy Place also features a 10,000 sq. ft. retail store.


PRESTIGE PLAZA / STARBUCK’S

Location: Flemington, NJ
Size: 14,951 Sq. Ft. (Combined)

Prestige Plaza is located on Route 31 in Flemington, New Jersey.  The project consists of two buildings on the same site, a 13,227 sq. ft. retail structure designed for up to five tenants and a 1,724 sq. ft. Starbuck’s.  The latter features a drive-through, as well as wood-like exterior paneling, a curved entrance canopy and an exterior patio. The project was delivered in spring 2009.


CEDARVILLE SHOPPING CENTER

Location: Easton, PA
Size: 17,500 Sq. Ft.

Cedarville Shopping Center is situated at the intersection of Morgan Hill and Cedarville Roads, adjacent to Exit 75, a full four-way interchange of Interstate 78.  The center consists of 17,500 sq. ft. of retail space and has a maximum occupancy of 10 tenants. Cedarville Shopping Center was completed in spring 2009.

 


SHEETZ, INC.

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Size: 4,000 Sq. Ft.

Sheetz is a family owned convenience store chain based in Altoona, Pennsylvania.  This store and gas station at 3201 Schoenersville Road is one of several locations in Bethlehem.  Sheetz is also one of the fastest growing, family-owned convenience stores in the world, with more than 350 locations across six states. 


PERKINS RESTAURANT & BAKERY

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Size: 10,000 Sq. Ft.

Situated at 205 West Third Street and seating 210 patrons, this is one of nearly 500 full service family dining restaurants owned and operated or franchised by Perkins.  The chain was established 50 years ago in Ohio. 


PA DOT - DRIVER’S LICENSE CENTER

Location: Easton, PA
Size: 6,000 Sq. Ft.

Completed in March 2008, the facility is located in the 25th Street Shopping Center at 2473 Nazareth Road in Easton.  It is expected to draw an estimated 25,000 to 30,000 customers per year. The Easton center offers knowledge testing; photos for a driver’s license or ID cards; and out-of-state driver’s license/ID card transfer.
