TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

Over the years, J.G. Petrucci Co. has performed high caliber tenant fit-outs across a broad range of properties, including headquarters office buildings, special needs schools, acute care medical facilities, hotels and conference centers and many others.  While the structures may each have been different, they all reflect painstaking attention to detail, quality workmanship and a dedication to delivering the job on time and within budget. The following represents a small, but varied sampling of some of JGPCO’s tenant improvement experience.

Innovative Control Systems

Property: 1349 Jacobsburg Road
Location: Wind Gap, PA

The Jacobsburg Road facility serves as headquarters for Innovative Control Systems, a leading provider of car wash and quick lube business management solutions.  The 25,000 square foot building was designed and constructed to reflect the high tech nature of the company and includes executive offices, as well as space for technical support, sales/marketing and product development operations.


Team Capital Bank

Property: 2151 Emrick Boulevard
Location: Bethlehem, PA

Located within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI, the Emrick Boulevard facility serves as both Team Capital’s administrative offices and a community bank branch.  The contemporary build out is highlighted by the use of blonde wood throughout and features a spacious service area, corporate offices and state-of-the-art technology. JGPCO has completed four other projects for Team Capital Bank, each highlighted by features such as stone accents, warm colors, accent lighting and the Bank's signature curved soffit over the Personal Banking Officer stations.


The Palace at Somerset Park

Property: 333 Davidson Avenue
Location: Somerset, NJ

The Palace at Somerset Park is the region’s leading conference and events center. The interior features high, coffered ceilings in the ballrooms; grand staircases; ornate fireplaces. The Conference Center (a "SMART " building) incorporates state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, including building-wide cable, wireless high-speed internet access, LCD projectors and sound systems.


Courtyard by Marriott

Property: 2220 Emrick Boulevard
Location: Bethlehem, PA

This beautiful 138-room, four-story hotel property boasts a customer-focused design that allows guests to be more comfortable and productive.  The spacious rooms combine luxury and functionality, including high-speed Internet access.  There are also indoor/outdoor connecting pools, as well as a hot tub and Jacuzzi.


Westfield Hospital

Property: 4815 Tilghman Street
Location: South Whitehall Township, PA

This 45,000 square foot privately owned acute care hospital was completed in just one year – May 2006 to May 2007.  The three story facility features 26 beds, three operating rooms, an imaging suite and a 24-hour emergency room.  Intended for patients requiring minor medical procedures and short stays, the facility is complete with flat-screen TVs, hardwood floors and Internet access in most rooms.


Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey Horizon High School

Property: 71-77 Okner Parkway
Location: Livingston, NJ

J.G. Petrucci Co. acquired 71-77 Okner Parkway, a single story industrial building and converted it into a new, state-of-the-art high school for Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey. The 32,000 square foot building contains an aquatic therapy pool, school store operated by students, model apartment, spacious classrooms tailored to subject areas and a Technological Literacy Center, among other things.


Internal Revenue Service

Property: Monmouth Executive Center
Location: Freehold, NJ

This office fit-out required total compliance with complex federal specifications, yet upon completion, the entire punch list was less than 10 items.  Within the same building, a 66,800 square foot Class A office property in the heart of Monmouth County, JGPCO also built out the space for Proformance Insurance.
