J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Welcomes Sarah Deibert as Director of Property Management as Joni Elekes Transitions to Director of Strategic Partnerships

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the region’s most respected Development and Design/Build organizations, is proud to share that Sarah Deibert has joined the team as Director of Property Management. Joni Elekes, who previously served in this position, will transition to a new role as Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Joni joined J.G. Petrucci in 2014 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Director of Property Management in 2019. She possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration from Muhlenberg College, as well as a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University.  Notably, Joni served as President of CREW Lehigh Valley and is a Member of Lehigh Valley Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Foundation. She has received many honors, including Lehigh Valley Business Woman of Influence (2020, 2026), Globe Street Woman of Influence (2023), and Lehigh Valley Business Most Influential Leader (2026).

Joni has spent over 20 years working in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry. She has experience in accounting, human resources management, lease administration, and property management. In her new role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, she will focus on existing client relationships, work to build new relationships, and support business development efforts.

As Joni transitions to this new role, Sarah Deibert will now serve as Director of Property Management for the Petrucci portfolio. Sarah joins the Petrucci team from CBRE, where she served as a Property Manager in the Lehigh Valley. She has seven years of property management experience, as well as eight years as a real estate agent. Sarah is a graduate of Penn State University.

As Director of Property Management, she will be responsible for the operational integrity and overall tenant satisfaction of Petrucci’s commercial, industrial, and retail assets throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
