J.G. Petrucci continues its investment in Plainfield, New Jersey with the development of a 90-unit affordable housing community adjacent ABC Supply’s new 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

Mapp.
The new apartments will feature upgraded amenities, resident fitness center, state-of-the-art security controls, onsite parking, and a community room. The building will also integrate sustainable design and energy-efficient systems.
