Bazzini, an Iconic Nut Manufacturer, Leases 150,000 SF Former Stuffed Puffs Factory in Hanover Township, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. has announced the former Stuffed Puffs Factory at 3910 Burgess Place in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, has been leased to Bazzini, a renowned nut, chocolates and dried fruit manufacturer. Jon Gelman of Gelcor Realty represented Bazzini in the transaction.

The 150,000-square-foot facility showcases state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, reinforcing Bazzini’s unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. Headquartered in Allentown, PA, Bazzini is proud to be the oldest nut company in the United States. In addition to its renowned nut products, Bazzini produces a variety of chocolate, crunches and better-for-you bars for customers nationwide, offering a broad range of capabilities within the manufacturing industry. This new facility is set to drive the company’s continued growth while bolstering the vibrant industrial and manufacturing community of the Lehigh Valley.

3910 Burgess Place is one of three Lehigh Valley Flex Center buildings. Designed and Developed by Petrucci, Lehigh Valley Flex Center is a 31-acre, 470,000 sq. ft. Class-A industrial park in Hanover Township. Petrucci utilized its 30+ years of redevelopment experience to find the highest and best use for the previous Guardian Life Insurance headquarters site. The company completed demolition of the office building and developed the industrial park to offer flexible layouts and options for users seeking smaller manufacturing and warehouse spaces within the Lehigh Valley.

Building I was constructed and pre-leased in 2019. Construction on Building II began shortly thereafter and was leased to redistribution specialist RJ Schinner Company, Inc. In 2022, Building III was completed, and Petrucci leased 120,000 sq. ft. in Building III to German logistics company DHL Supply Chain (USA) and the remaining 40,000 sq. ft. to pharmaceutical distributor TopRx, LLC. The flex center was strategically developed in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, offering convenient access to major transportation networks, a skilled workforce, and a supportive business ecosystem.
