Iron Hill Construction Management to Complete Renovation for TuWay Communications™

The Critical Communications Company is expanding its footprint in Bethlehem.

Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected and experienced construction management firms, recently announced a 2,280 square foot office renovation for repeat client TuWay Communications™ (TuWay).

Iron Hill is a subsidiary of leading Development and Design/Build firm J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. (Petrucci). In 2001, Petrucci delivered a new facility for the mission-critical communications service provider at 2115 City Line Road in Bethlehem, PA. TuWay had previously struggled to find the right builder to accommodate their envisioned growth until they found Petrucci.

“The team at Petrucci was in tune to what was needed to accomplish our mission twenty-three years ago, evidenced by the amount of time and energy they spent on the process. Of course, it made sense to reach out to the Petrucci network again with our expansion project,” said Thomas Giles, Chief Operations Officer and General Manager of TuWay.

Iron Hill is set to begin construction in late 2024 to early 2025. The expansion and retrofit will involve converting the second-floor storage space into additional offices and employee support areas.
