J.G. Petrucci Company Breaks Ground on New Industrial Development

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the region’s leading development and design/build firms, recently broke ground at Gateway Flex Center, a 107,000 sq. ft. industrial development in Pedricktown, New Jersey.

The project sits on just over 8 acres in a prime industrial park, directly off Route 295, and is available for lease. The flex facility boasts 32-foot clear height, 69 car parking spaces, 22 door docks, and two drive-in doors Additionally, the project has received approval for Payment In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) tax abatements, providing financial incentives for tenants and fostering economic development in the region.
