J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. 100% Leased at 539 Jacksonville Road in Warminster, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the region’s most respected Development and Design/Build organizations, recently signed two new tenants at 539 Jacksonville Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania, bringing it to 100% occupancy. The 112,500-square-foot facility, which is also home to Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, will soon welcome Lowe Rental Inc. and Innotech Laser.

Lowe Rental Inc. will occupy the 48,500-square-foot unit. The company supplies and rents commercial refrigeration, cold rooms, and catering equipment for retail stores, food service operations, and large-scale events. They operate two additional facilities in Peachtree City, Georgia, and Fort Worth, Texas, marking their expansion into the Northeast. The transaction was facilitated by Sean Durkin with Roddy, Inc.

Innotech Laser will lease the remaining 17,000-square-foot unit, relocating from their previous facility at 375 Nina Way in Warminster. The company specializes in precision laser marking, laser etching, laser engraving, laser cutting, part printing services, and laser machine sales. This transaction was facilitated by Frank Roddy with Roddy, Inc.
