J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Acquires 2600 Emrick Blvd in Bethlehem, PA from Warren Controls

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, has announced the acquisition of the property at 2600 Emrick Blvd, Bethlehem, PA, from Warren Controls. The transaction marks the return of the 50,000 sq. ft. building located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI to J.G. Petrucci’s portfolio, with Petrucci originally developing the building in 2002.

Petrucci is pleased to welcome ARI-Armaturen, a leading valve industry company based in Europe, as a tenant in conjunction with this transaction. ARI-Armaturen announced the acquisition of Warren Controls in August, bringing their expansive global presence to the Bethlehem facility. Petrucci looks forward to fostering a strong partnership with ARI-Armaturen and supporting their continued success in the region.
