J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Acquires Retail Shopping Center in Willow Grove, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s most respected Development and Design/Build organizations, recently acquired a 20,000-square-foot retail shopping center on Old York Road in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. This acquisition strengthens Petrucci’s growing Montgomery County portfolio, which includes multi-family, commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The transaction was facilitated by Pat McCabe with Equity CRE.

The shopping center is currently home to six retail tenants as well as ample customer parking. It also boasts easy accessibility and proximity to several other retail destinations, including the Willow Grove Park Mall, Wawa, GIANT, and Marshall’s.

This property is located directly adjacent to another Petrucci property: The Station at Willow Grove. The four-story mixed-use development features 285 luxury apartment units, structured parking, retail space, and 20,000 square feet of medical office space leased to Jefferson Health. It also offers direct access to SEPTA services and proximity to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 611, and Route 309, allowing easy access to Center City Philadelphia.
