J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Breaks Ground on Two Industrial Buildings on the Bucks/Montgomery County Line

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the region’s leading Development and Design/Build construction firms, recently broke ground on County Line Commerce Park, which consists of two industrial buildings located at 853 West County Line Road in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Construction is being completed by Petrucci’s in-house construction firm, Iron Hill Construction Management. Both buildings are currently available for lease.

Building 1 is 100,000 square feet and features 100 car parking spaces, 29 dock doors, and two drive-in doors. Building 2 is 224,000 square feet and features 173 car parking spaces, 46 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and 58 trailer parking spaces. Both facilities have Class-A specifications, 3,000-amp electrical service, and 32-foot clear height.

County Line Commerce Park is strategically located on the border of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, providing excellent access to the Greater Philadelphia market for prospective tenants. The facilities are just 26 miles North of Center City Philadelphia, and 95 miles South of New York City. The prime location provides easy access to Pennsylvania Route 611 and is 4.3 miles to the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
