Grand Opening of Azelis/Vigon International’s Warehouse in East Stroudsburg, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, is delighted to announce the grand opening of a new warehouse for Vigon International, an Azelis company, in East Stroudsburg, PA. Located at 159 Airstrip Road, this facility signifies a significant milestone in the expansion of Azelis’s operations in the region.

Vigon International, a key player in the Fragrance and Flavor industry, is poised to leverage the capabilities of the new warehouse for enhanced storage and distribution of their innovative products. Steve Pringle, Managing Director, Vigon, Flavor and Fragrance US, states:

Developed by Scannell Properties and J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc., and built by Iron Hill Construction Management (Iron Hill), the project represents a collaborative effort to deliver a Class A facility tailored to meet the unique needs of Vigon. The project commenced in July 2022, and after months of planning and execution, the facility celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 9th.

The strategic location of the new warehouse at 159 Airstrip Road positions Vigon for enhanced logistics efficiency and seamless distribution across the region. The facility, built from the ground up by Iron Hill, meets the highest standards of quality and functionality, ensuring optimal performance for Vigon’s operations.
