J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Strengthens Portfolio with Two Acquisitions

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region’s most respected development and design/build organizations, recently added two properties to their growing portfolio.

Petrucci acquired 7072 Snowdrift Road in Allentown, Pennsylvania, a 61,157 square foot industrial facility, in an off-market transaction. The building is fully leased to leading sustainable packaging manufacturer Pratt Industries (Pratt). The facility provides Pratt with a central Lehigh Valley location boasting excellent access to I-78 and Route 22 and a strong local workforce. Jon Gelman with Gelcor Realty served as the broker for this transaction.

Additionally, Petrucci acquired a 22,500 square foot warehouse facility located at 717 Callowhill Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, fully leased to Fortune 500 industrial supply company W.W. Grainger, Inc. (Grainger). This transaction was facilitated by John Plower and Brian Shanfeld with JLL. Located strategically near the intersection of I-95 and I-676 and minutes from the Ben Franklin Bridge, the building is in a highly trafficked area positioned ideally for last mile-distribution purposes.
