J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. Welcomes ICF Mercantile, LLC to 2500 Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem, PA

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), one the region’s most respected Development and Design/Build organizations, recently welcomed textile manufacturer ICF Mercantile, LLC to 2500 Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem, PA. The new lease in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI further strengthens Petrucci’s tenant roster in the region. The transaction was facilitated by Chad Hillyer and Tucker McBride with CBRE.

ICF Mercantile is a family-owned technical textiles leader that specializes in the manufacturing of fiber, yarn, and fabrics. They currently operate two ISO-certified facilities in Warren, New Jersey and Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The new lease in the Lehigh Valley marks their expansion into Pennsylvania, while maintaining close proximity to their existing locations.

The tenant will occupy a 70,000-square-foot suite in the 120,000-square-foot industrial facility within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI, joining HAWE Manufacturing US Inc., which occupies 50,000 square feet. The Class-A facility features 32’ clear height, extensive loading capabilities, and excellent access to Routes 33, 22, and Interstate 78. ICF Mercantile will use the space to further expand their manufacturing capabilities.
